The room was cozy with a great balcony offering amazing lake views. We loved the charming dining area with its stunning views, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were super accommodating with our late check-in, making us feel welcome.

Margarita and the team made our stay feel personal! The coziness of our lake view room, along with stunning dining views, left us in awe.

The outdoor space was overgrown. it detracted from the otherwise serene atmosphere.

Stunning views of Bolsena Lake, Large, spacious rooms, Artistic decor throughout the hotel

The outdoor space could use immediate maintenance!!! Overgrown areas don't promote relaxation, and limited dining options leave much to be desired!!! Guests might find it frustrating when there are few meal choices!!!

We stayed for 1 night in a triple room with a lake view and it was such a chill spot! The big windows really let you soak in that beautiful view. The food at the restaurant was delish, especially breakfast! Just wish the WiFi was a bit stronger at times.
